HP is recruiting people to work in the area of software applications testing in the Canberra Region. The entry into this software-testing career is via the Test Analyst job role. Applications are requested to fill these Test Analyst roles.
As a Test Analyst you will be part of the HP Test Team and will perform simple, medium and up to complex testing activities as assigned by the HP Test Lead or HP Test Manager.
Successful candidates will start by learning how to perform the execution of test sets and how to document the actual test results and findings. He/she will also undergo training to be able to perform other more complex testing tasks.
- Must have a diagnosis of ASD
- Must be of legal age
- Must have Australian Citizenship
- Will have to satisfy the requirements of a standard police check and background investigation required for all new HP employees
- Must be able attend the entire 4 week assessment phase
- Should live within an easy daily commute to Canberra
Holding a tertiary qualification in a technical or business area is desirable, but not a prerequisite. If there is some experience in skills such as computer programming, system administration, or similar software application oriented tasks, this would be highly regarded. The person must have a strong interest in learning and performing IT related tasks.
