FAHCSIA published updated versions of two key documents (from 2006) for the Government's helping children with autism (HCWA) package. These are:

Links to the previous versions of these documents are here and here respectively on the Health Department website. Note that the guideline were downgraded from "best practice" (in the original version on the Health website) to mere "good practice" in the "upgrade". In the process, the guideline became significantly less specific.
